Bitzenburger RW Helical fletching jig

Bitzenburger is a classic jig from one of the most well-known jig manufacturers. It is intended for those for whom precision and quality rather than speed are decisive in fletching.

The Bitzenburger jig has an all-metal cast structure, which guarantees the device's durability and long service life. If you wish, you can change different clamps to the same jig if you want to change the fletching style.

With the help of large adjustment rollers, you can change the closing angle in a few seconds. The clamp of the jig is designed to be well exposed at all times and visible to the operator. The unique design of the closing device ensures that the arrow is always in the same position and centered in relation to the quill. Very strong magnets ensure that the clamp of the jig stay in place while the glue dries between the arrow ahft and the vane.

By adjusting two screws, you can change the sealing style from traditional three-pin sealing with a 120-degree split, to four-pin sealing with a 90-degree split or 75 x 105-degree split. The nock holder can be changed to fit your arrow exactly. The universal adapter that comes with the sealing device fits almost all nozzles.
