3. PURPOSE AND BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The primary basis for the processing of personal data is the agreement between Turku jusi ja metstys Tmi (later referred to as the company) and the customer on the customer relationship or other relevant connection, which is based, for example, on the consent given by the data subject.
Personal data can be processed for the following purposes by Turku juusi ja metstys Tmi:
• Managing and maintaining the customer relationship or other relevant connection between the company and the customer.
• Personal data can also be processed by the company in connection with other, necessary measures related to managing the customer.
• Enabling marketing and its development and monitoring.
• In addition, personal data is processed for the needs of invoicing, orders, contacts, recruitment and reporting.
4. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The groups of people whose data can be processed are people who are or were previously customers of the company and people who were connected to the company in other ways.
Information that is stored about registered persons may be the following:
• Basic information such as first and last name, employer and title information.
• Contact information such as address, email address and phone number.
• Information related to the communication between the company and the customer, as well as any content recorded by the customer himself.
• Data collected by technical monitoring systems, such as log data, identification data of network traffic, recordings of the camera monitoring system.
5. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Turku juusi i štästisting keeps personal data in its registers only for the required time and until the existing basis for storing personal data ends. The legislation in force at any given time is observed during storage periods.
6. REGULAR INFORMATION SOURCES
Information is primarily obtained from public sources, from the registrant himself, from technical systems intended for automatic monitoring and control, and from events related to customer service and communication.
7. REGULAR TRANSFER OF DATA AND DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION OR THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
Personal data will not be disclosed outside of entities participating in the production, development or maintenance of services and communications operating on behalf of Turku jousi ä metstystis, other than with the agreement, separate consent and/or within the limits of the data protection legislation in force at any given time.
8. PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Turku jusi ja metstys has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in all processing stages and against accidental or illegal loss, transfer, alteration, destruction or unauthorized misuse and access. All possible manual materials of Turku jusi ja mästystys tmi are stored in locked locations, to which only designated and authorized persons have access due to their duties.
Only persons who, based on their job description, have the right to process personal data are entitled to use systems or digital material containing personal data. All persons processing personal data are bound to silence and confidential processing of personal data.
Digitally processed personal data is located on servers that are in protected and locked premises. In addition, personal data is protected by appropriate firewalls, passwords and other technical controls.
9. REGISTERED RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The right to object to the processing of personal data
The registrant has the right, in connection with his personal special situation, to object to processing actions directed at him by Turku jusi i metstys to the registered person's personal data, insofar as the basis for processing the data is the customer relationship between Turku jusi i metstys and the registrant. The registrant can submit his objection claim in accordance with section 10 of this document. In connection with the request, the registered person must specify the special situation based on which he objects to the processing. Turku bow and hunting can refuse to implement a request for objection based on the grounds stipulated in the law.
The right to access information
The registrant has the right to check what information about him is stored in the Turku bow and hunting personal register. The inspection request must be made in accordance with section 10 of this document. The right of inspection can be denied on the basis of the law.
The right to demand rectification, deletion or restriction of processing.
A correction request for incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated information is made in accordance with section 10 of this document.
The registered person also has the right to demand that Turku jousi ja sjästys restricts the processing of his personal data, for example, in the situation when the data subject is waiting for Turku jousi jäststys to respond to a request to correct or delete his data.
The data subject's right to transfer data from one system to another

The right of the registered person to file a complaint with the supervisory authority
The registered person has the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if Turku bow and hunt has not complied with applicable data protection regulations in its operations.
