General conditions


1. Delivery time

The delivery time of our products is 5-10 working days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. We contact customers as soon as possible by e-mail or phone if we find that the delivery time is longer than normal.


2. Delivery methods

Pickup from Matkahuolto's parcel point, i.e. local store (Lähelle package), price 6.90
The dense network of stores and the stores' long service hours in the evenings and weekends guarantee that you can pick up the package nearby when it suits you best. When the package can be picked up at the destination station, you will receive a notification as a text message. Parcel points operate e.g. In K-markets and R-kiosks.

Pickup from the nearest Posti parcel machine, price €6.90
Pick up the products you ordered from the Posti parcel machine of your choice. You will be notified by text message when the package has arrived and you can pick up your shipment from the machine right away.

Posti home delivery, price €13.90
Posti home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller ones will be delivered to the address of your choice. For larger shipments, Posti will agree a delivery time with you. Shipments are delivered to recipients in larger cities by 21:00 on weekdays and by 14:00 or 17:00 in other areas.


3. Online store payment methods

Klarna account and invoice

With the Klarna Checkout service, you shop easily, flexibly and securely online. The payment method is optimized for mobile devices, so it's easy to shop even on a mobile phone or tablet. By answering a few questions in the shopping cart, you can conveniently identify yourself in the service and choose the payment method that suits you best. You can use Klarna invoice or Klarna installment payment (Klarna account). To make purchases with a Klarna invoice or installment payment, you must be at least 18 years old.

Credit cards : Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
Shopify payments works as a payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards

Invoice: jousivaruste.fi invoicing. After the order, we send the invoice by email and deliver the products on the next business day after payment (for ordered products, however, within 5 business days at the earliest)


4. Right of return and product exchanges

The products have a full 14-day return and exchange right. The product to be returned must be unused, unchanged and the sales packaging must be similar to new.

The return must be notified in advance by e-mail to juho@jousivruste.fi

The customer is responsible for the costs of the return, we also charge the delivery fee to the customer for uncollected orders, as well as the costs of returning the package

However, we kindly ask you to state in your notification:

  • Reason for return (if damaged or incorrect product)

  • Subscriber identification information (name / order number)

  • Do you want to return the product and get the money back in the account, or do you want us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or wrong product (and refund the possible difference).

  • In order to return the money, we ask you to provide the account number.


5. Complaints

We ask that you report all complaints related to the order or delivery within seven (7) days of receiving the order to the address: juho@jousivaruste.fi


6. Canceling the order

The customer can cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. The cancellation of the order must be notified to the address juho@jousivaruste.fi. We usually notify our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. Jousivaruste.fi reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer if a special situation requires it.


7. Our prices in the online store

Our sales prices shown on the website include VAT. We reserve the right to correct incorrect entered prices. If the price is found to be incorrect only when the order is confirmed, the customer will be contacted about it before the order is finally confirmed.
